Pittsworth is located in the Darling Downs region of the Southern Queensland, Australia.

The population of the Pittsworth township is about 3,000 whilst the close by villages of Southbrook, Mount Tyson and Brookstead have a population of around 200 each. The area services about 2,000 people from the rural area on top of that. When you live in the Pittsworth district you very quickly become a part of a warm, embracing community.
